SECTION 1 - COMPLIANCE WITH FIREARMS LAWS
Gun Pros LLC operates in full compliance with all local,
state, and Federal laws with respect to the sale of firearms. Please read the
following information and familiarize yourself with the necessary steps to
ensure your purchase is legal.
SECTION 1a - ILLEGAL PRODUCTS
The customer assumes full responsibility for understanding
and following gun laws in the city, county, and state in which they reside and
possess their items. If a customer orders a product that is deemed illegal in
their city, county, or state, the order will be cancelled, and store credit
will be issued.
In addition to specific local law, there are certain persons
who cannot legally receive or possess a firearm. These include:
1. Has been
convicted in any court of a crime punishable by imprisonment for a term
exceeding 1 year;
2. Is a
fugitive from justice;
3. Is an
unlawful user of or addicted to any controlled substance;
4. Has been
adjudicated as a mental defective or has been committed to a mental
institution;
5. Is an alien
illegally or unlawfully in the United States or an alien admitted to the United
States under a nonimmigrant visa;
6. Has been
discharged from the Armed Forces under dishonorable conditions;
7. Having been
a citizen of the United States has renounced his or her citizenship;
8. Is subject
to a court order that restrains the person from harassing, stalking, or
threatening an intimate partner or child of such intimate partner; or
9. Has been
convicted of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence
10. Cannot
lawfully receive, possess, ship, or transport a firearm. [18 U.S.C. 922(g) and
(n), 27 CFR 478.32].
SECTION 1b - SERIALIZED PARTS CHARGEBACK WARNING
The serialized part is the component that is legally
considered to be the firearm in question. If a customer performs a credit card
chargeback on an order including a serialized part, and remains in possession
of the serialized part, this is legally considered theft of a firearm. THE
STOLEN ITEM WILL BE REPORTED TO AUTHORITIES AND AN OFFICIAL REPORT WILL BE
FILED WITH THE BUREAU OF ALCOHOL, TOBACCO, FIREARMS AND EXPLOSIVES (ATF).
SECTION 1c - SHIPPING REQUIREMENTS AND RESTRICTIONS
Gun Pros LLC will only ship our products to authorized
firearms dealers possessing a Federal Firearms License (FFL). We will not ship
to individual homes under any circumstances. All licensed dealers purchasing
from Gun Pros LLC will need to supply a copy of their current FFL.
IT IS A FEDERAL CRIME TO SHIP ANY FIREARM TO A NON-LICENSEE
(FFL). Any non-licensee (FFL) is required to have any and all firearms (rifles,
pistols, receivers, and other serialized parts) shipped to an FFL. It is the
customer's responsibility to provide us with a Transfer Dealer’s FFL. A copy of
the Transfer Dealer’s FFL can be sent to us by email at
[email protected].
NO FIREARMS WILL BE SHIPPED UNTIL WE RECEIVE A COPY OF THE
FFL TRANSFER DEALER (FOR NON-LICENSED DEALERS). Orders older than thirty (30)
business days with no FFL provided will automatically be cancelled with a 25%
restocking fee.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Gun Pros LLC will not ship serialized lowers to the state of
California.
Gun Pros LLC will not ship ANY items to the District of
Columbia (Washington D.C.).
Gun Pros LLC will not ship ANY serialized items to the state
of Massachusetts.
Gun Pros LLC will not ship ANY AR or AK Parts or Firearms
(Including Receivers) to residents of Connecticut, Chicago, Illinois, Cook
County, Illinois, or Deerfield, Illinois.
Illinois: All handguns having a barrel, slide, frame or
receiver which is a die casting of zinc alloy or other non-homogeneous metal
that melts or deforms at a temperature of less than 800 degrees Fahrenheit are
prohibited.
Minnesota: All handguns having a barrel, slide, frame or receiver
which is a die casting of zinc alloy or other non-homogeneous metal that melts
or deforms at a temperature of less than 1,000 degrees Fahrenheit, of any
material having an ultimate tensile strength of less than 55,000 pounds per
square inch, and of any powdered metal having a density of less than 7.5 grams
per cubic centimeter are prohibited.
Gun Pros LLC will not ship ANY AR or AK Firearms (Including
Receivers) to residents of Aurora, Highland Park, Deerfield, or Cook County,
Illinois.
Gun Pros LLC will not ship any handguns to CA that are not
on the DOJ roster. This includes Single Shot Exemption conversions.
NO firearms sales to Puerto Rico.
Stripped lower receivers will NOT be shipped to the
following states:
• Colorado
(Boulder, Denver, Vail)
• Connecticut
• Massachusetts
Complete AR and AK receivers will NOT be shipped to the
following states:
• California
• Colorado
(Boulder, Denver, Vail)
• Connecticut
• Maryland
• New
Jersey
• New
York
Non-Compliant AR & AK models will NOT be shipped to the
following states:
• California
(No “assault weapons” can be shipped.)
• Colorado
(Boulder, Denver, Vail)
• Connecticut
• Maryland
• New
Jersey
• New York

SECTION 1d - DELIVERY VERIFICATION
An adult signature is required upon receipt of the package.
SECTION 2 - ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order
confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it
constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Gun Pros LLC reserves the right
at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any
reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
SECTION 3 - CREDIT CARDS
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and
Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases.
Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e.
the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you).
Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit
card will be billed upon completion of your order.
SECTION 4 - MONEY ORDERS, CASHIER'S CHECKS, COMPANY CHECKS
& PERSONAL CHECKS
We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks,
and company checks in United States currency only. Orders are processed upon
receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks,
please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before
the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by
the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all
returned checks
SECTION 5 - ORDER SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Time
Most orders received before 5:00PM will ship the same day,
provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 5:00 PM
will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on
Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any
shipping or transit time offered to you by Gun Pros LLC or other parties only
as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays
caused by shipping or product availability.
SECTION 6 - OUT OF STOCK PRODUCTS
We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually,
products ship the same day if ordered by 5:00PM, or by the next business day if
your order is received after this time and for orders received on Saturday,
Sunday or any major holiday. However, there may be times when the product you
have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will
keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock
and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time
prior to shipping.
SECTION 7 - MULTIPLE PRODUCT ORDERS
For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to
ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are
unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available,
unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained
in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be
charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The
entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped
on a multiple shipment order.
SECTION 8 - TAXES
Our Store shall automatically charge and withhold the
applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the state
of FL. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all
sales taxes or other taxes.
SECTION 9 - TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to
typographical error or error in pricing information received from our
suppliers, Gun Pros LLC shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders
placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Gun Pros LLC shall have the
right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been
confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been
charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Gun Pros LLC shall
immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the
incorrect price

This site may contain links to other sites on the Internet
that are owned and operated by third parties. You acknowledge that Gun Pros LLC
is not responsible for the operation of or content located on or through any
such site.

Section 13 – RETURN POLICY
Our goal is to ensure the item you ordered arrives promptly
and works exactly the way it should. We built a return policy designed to let
you shop with confidence and make things as easy as possible when things don't
work out. To get started, reference the specific return policy for the item you
are looking to return.

FIREARM & LOWER RECEIVER RETURNS
When you receive the firearm or lower receiver at the FFL,
please inspect it thoroughly before accepting the transfer. The policies
outlined below are only for guns or lower receivers that are picked up from the
FFL. Returns are only eligible when the product has been used properly and is
returned in its original condition.
If a firearm or lower receiver is not picked up within 14
days of arrival, including failed background check, not legally allowed to own,
refusal to pick up, or any other reason the transfer is not otherwise able to
be completed, the transaction will be canceled. Gunprosarmory.com will process
a cancellation and return of the product, minus any fees, a $25 return shipping
fee, original shipping charges, and a 15% restocking fee.
NEW GUN AND NEW LOWER RECEIVER RETURN POLICY
All new gun & new lower receiver sales are final. As a
reminder, new guns are eligible for any applicable manufacturer's warranties.
If you need help contacting the manufacturer, please let us know and we'll be
happy to assist.
CERTIFIED USED GUNS
Gunprosarmory.com offers a ‘no questions asked’ return
policy for Gunprosarmory.com Certified Used Guns. For a period of 3 calendar
days after physical transfer, Gunprosarmory.com will accept a return of the
firearm regardless of reason for a full refund, minus any fees, a $25 return
shipping fee, original shipping charges, and a 15% restocking fee.
Gunprosarmory.com will accept the return of
Gunprosarmory.com Certified Used Guns with mechanical defects for a full
refund, provided such return is made within 7 calendar days of physical
transfer of the firearm. Gunprosarmory.com will cover all shipping fees in the
case of a mechanical defect.
After 7 calendar days, all sales are final.
NON-CERTIFIED USED GUNS
Gunprosarmory.com will accept the return of Non-Certified
Used Guns with mechanical defects for a full refund, provided such return is
made within 3 calendar days of physical transfer of the firearm.
Gunprosarmory.com will cover all shipping fees in the case of a mechanical
defect.
After 3 calendar days, all sales are final.
AMMUNITION, OPTICS, MAGAZINES, HOLSTERS, KNIVES, HUNTING
GEAR, RANGE GEAR, UPPER RECEIVERS & OTHER ACCESSORIES
Gunprosarmory.com does not accept returns on Ammunition,
Optics, Magazines & all other accessories. All accessory sales are final.
Optics, magazines and other accessories may be eligible for any applicable
manufacturer's warranties. If you need help contacting the manufacturer, please
let us know and we'll be happy to assist.
GUNPROSARMORY.COM BRANDED MERCHANDISE
Gunprosarmory.com Branded Merchandise can be returned within
30 days of receipt. We provide free return shipping on Gunprosarmory.com
branded merchandise and on all clothing eligible for return.
ITEMS LOST OR DAMAGED IN SHIPMENT
Please read about our Package Protection coverage for items
lost or damaged in shipment.
GENERAL RETURN GUIDELINES
• To start

• If you
receive INCORRECT OR MISSING items, please contact us.
• Shipping
labels are emailed and will need to be printed by the customer.
• All returns
on orders paid by a credit card will receive a credit to the card used on the
purchase once confirmation of receipt of merchandise has been made and
inspection has been completed. Depending on your financial institution, refunds
are credited between 3 to 5 business days after issuance.
• We do not
provide an exchange option. Simply place a new order for the desired
merchandise. Since items tend to sell out quickly, we recommend immediately
placing an order for the replacement merchandise.

• Keep in
mind, most manufacturers provide a manufacturer’s warranty, and any product
issues should be submitted to the manufacturer first.
• Returned
clothing may not be washed, worn or have any damage caused by accident. We

returns due to improper care or use, or the natural breakdown of colors or
materials over extended time and use.
• Any returns
received that do not qualify for our Return Policy may be returned to the
customer at their expense. When possible, the expense will be charged to the
credit card on file for the purchase. This includes items that are
non-returnable, damaged, misused or not purchased from Gunprosarmory.com.
